1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return (only for damaged product/ manufacturing defect) within 3 days from the date of receipt of the product.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:


If you receive a damaged/manufacturing defect product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Notify us within 48 hrs of receiving the damaged product. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and supporting unboxing video and photos.
  2. Investigation: We will investigate the issue and may request additional information or evidence.
  3. Resolution: If the product is confirmed to be damaged in transit, we will offer a refund/replacement/exchange as per customer discreation.


2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items


The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or installation

• Items without original packaging


3. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

• The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment


4. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or incorrect products, customers may opt for:

• A replacement product (subject to availability), or

• A full refund


5. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).


6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
